There is a small fee of $20 per tasting, which is then deducted from the total fee if you choose to proceed with your order.

I am located in Oakleigh Victoria which is 11km South East of Melbourne.

Do you do delivery?

Yes we are more than happy to deliver your cake. We are happy to deliver you cakes within Victoria. If you wish for your cake to be delivered please specify this in your initial enquiry. Please note that if you do not state you want your cake delivered it will be quoted based on it being picked up.

Can I pick up my cake?

Yes, you can pick up your cake at a time that is convenient. In the week leading up to your event we will arrange a specific time for your cake to be picked up. Please note that we often have many commitments i.e. cake deliveries, so we ask that you are punctual with your pick-up. We understand that often emergencies can cause you to be delayed so we just ask that you phone ahead to inform us.

We highly recommend you have your wedding cake delivered and set-up at the venue to ensure that the cake arrives in on piece and with no damage.

How do I transport my cake?

Your cake will be placed in a box ready for you to transport. The safest way to transport your cake is on the car floor or in the boot, and definitely not on the back seat!

Please ensure your car is cool in warmer weather and in winter we ask that you have an umbrella with you to prevent the icing from getting wet.

Please note we take photos of all our cakes prior to them leaving the premises and will take no responsibility for any damage done after they have left our premises. If you concerned about transporting your cake please feel free to ask us to deliver it.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?

If your cake is covered in or has any type of fondant decoration it should NEVER be put in the fridge. The fridge causes the fondant to sweat which will make the cake sticky and may even make the colours run. If you are storing you cake overnight just place it in a cool dry area, away from the kids.
